QTFL - RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Quarterfinal reserves the right to reject the return & exchange of goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns & exchange policy.
Quarterfinal provides our customers with orders over $200 USD with free returns. You will be responsible for the cost of the return if your order total is under that amount.

*Please note that the final inspection of the item(s) will take place once the original item(s) arrives back to our warehouse.
A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a discount code, which you can use to repurchase your desired item! Store Credits have no expiration date.
Please be aware that you will receive the store credit for the amount you paid for your item, minus shipping fees. If you have any issues, please email email@example.com.
If you come across a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturer fault & not a customer care fault. Please contact our customer success team firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo, so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.
ALL SALE ITEMS MAY FOR NO REASON BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AT ANY TIME (INCLUDING MYSTERY BOXES). ALL RAFFEL ENTRYS ARE FINAL SALE.
Items purchased during sale periods with an automatic discount are not eligible for a refund/ exchange. Only Store Credit - No Exceptions
If items bought with a discount code are returned, you will be issued a store credit for the amount paid. To repurchase a desired item, we do not allow a further discount code to repurchase.
Any order return inquiry after 30 days of purchase will only be subject to STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED AFTER THE 30 DAY GRACE PERIOD.
